Pax Courier Service is a family operated courier service.  Trichia is your contact for  your Consulate courier needs.  Trichia and her husband, Gene, are currently in the final stage of adopting a beautiful baby boy from Guatemala.  In the process of “their paper-chase” of compiling, notarizing, authenticating and legalizing their entire dossier, they realized couriers with the knowledge of the international adoption process were difficult, if not impossible to locate, for the various Consulate Offices here in Miami.  Many of the Consulates only accept and use The US Post Office, and unless you hand-deliver to their office, that is your only choice. US Mail can be very frustrating as there are no tracking numbers and in many cases, these are time-sensitive documents that require a quick turn-around.  Pax Courier Service provides you with a choice in how your documents arrive and leave the Consulate’s office.

 Here at Pax Courier Service it is our plan to hand-deliver your notarized and authenticated documents to your Consulate.  We check for errors, confirm that each page is stamped with the corresponding approval number, copy the approval receipts for your records and then we forward your original documents via Federal Express on to their next destination.


Pax Courier Service will handle various documents such as your Dossier, your Power of Attorney, your Visa (where applicable),  plus many other documents that require Consulate services. You can rest assured that Pax Courier Service will treat each and every document like “GOLD”.
